Dim Sum

Dim Sum

1. For best results, steam dim sum from frozen

2. Place the included parchment paper on the bottom of the steamer

3. Spray the paper with a non-stick cooking spray or lightly brush with oil (optional)

4. Once the water is fully boiled, place the dim sum in the steamer for 8-10 minutes.

Chive Dumplings

Steam for 8 - 10 minutes then pan fry for 2 - 3 minutes after steaming

​

Eggrolls

Deepfry for 6-8 minutes @ 350F or until golden brown.

​

Potstickers

Boil until they float (Approximately 12-15 minutes) Then pan fry until golden brown.

​

Note - If you run out of parchment paper, lettuce or cabbage eaves serve as a great substitute.

​

​

 

Meal Kits & Bowls

​

BBQ Fried Rice

a. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until hot (Optional - evenly spread 1oz of water on top before microwaving)

b. Pan fry on medium heat until hot.

​

Orange Chicken

a. Chicken - Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350F. Spread chicken evenly and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until hot & crispy

b. Sauce - Microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until warm OR

c. Sauce - Pour sauce into small sauce pan. Heat on low heat until warm

​

Steamed Fish

a. Fish - Discard any excess water from container. Boil water. Once water is boiled, steam fish for 2-3 minutes, or until hot. Add red bell pepper & giner on top of fish.

b. Sauce - Pour sauce into small sauce pan. Heat on low heat until warm. Pour evenly over the fish, bell peppers & ginger. Garnish with cilantro.

Unagi or Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

a. Remove the lid & microwave the bowl for 2-3 minutes, or until hot OR

b. Steam - Boil water and steam the bowl (w/out the lid) for 2-3 minutes, or until hot

​

Sauce

a. Microwave for 1-2 min, or until warm OR

b. Warm in a small sauce pan on low heat until warm

c. Pour over unagi, teriyaki chicken or use as a dipping sauce.

​
